Regular Website orders: If you don't love your clothing item(s) for any reason, you can exchange them for a different size, different item, or receive full store credit towards any future purchase within 14 days of delivery. Item must be received back by us within the 14 days. If you exchange items, your exchange items are final sale. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, since we do not charge for shipping. We recommend shipping your return back via a trackable method, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. 

Flash sale items, daily deals, Items purchased with a discount code of 20% or more, Clearance, FB Flash sale items, surprise grab bags, Mystery Boxes/Monthly boxes, jewelry, accessories, Shoes, Swimsuits, Undergarments/bralettes, and bags are final sale items.  If an item is returned that is not eligible for return, it will be sent back to you at your expense. 

To set up an exchange or return for store credit, you must message us at to receive a return authorization.  Once we receive your return with the return authorization #, allow 3 to 5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.  If you return an item without a RA#, this will delay the processing.
