Please note that shipping times may be delayed a few extra days due to the current situation; USPS & UPS have both reduced pickups and deliveries.
🌟Website orders: Most In stock items ship within 3 to 5 business days of ordering on website orders. If an item in your order is a pre-order or has a restock date in its item description, your entire order will ship when the item arrives.🌟
🌟Facebook Flash Sale/Daily Deal/Mystery Box orders can take 14 to 28 business days to ship (in addition to our processing time of 2 to 3 days), based on the volume of orders we have & how busy the sale was. They usually ship faster, but please be patient on these; we ship these in bulk, on certain days. This saves us time & allows us to offer the cheaper flash sale price for the item. We do combine shipping for these packages when you order within a short period of time from multiple sales. If your invoice is paid late (more than 24 hours after the sale has ended), it can delay your processing.🌟
We ship most packages via USPS First Class Shipping with Tracking; this method usually arrives within 5 business days. You can also choose UPS Ground shipping, which is usually 3 to 4 business days from the shipping date to your address.
International Packages Take 7 to 10 business days to arrive from shipping date.
We email tracking information for every package when it ships; allow 24 to 48 hours for it to update in USPS’s system.
Orders over $99 ship via Priority Mail with Insurance & Tracking. This method is 3 to 4 business days from the shipping date, sometimes sooner, sometimes a bit longer. You can also choose a different shipping method at checkout (i.e. Priority or Overnight).
Please double check your shipping address at checkout to ensure your package is shipped to the correct address.
Please note that Free Standard shipping does not come with insurance, and we cannot be held liable for packages that are stolen or misdelivered, once they are delivered. If you have a package that shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS & they will do a GPS scan for you to track down the package.
